Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number if available.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or a product is made-to-order, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather, or holidays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@epicadventuremaps.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
